We offer a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee with a full refund of the purchase price if the you are not completely satisfied your purchase. If you would like to return an item please follow the directions below. Contact us by email to receive a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#) at returns@idamall.com. Return the item(s) within 30 days of the invoice date following the directions included with your RMA#. All items must be in new, unused, re-sellable condition. No exceptions. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. We will not accept COD shipments. Allow two weeks for your refund to be processed. Shipping, handling, and return shipping are not refundable. Cancellations If orders are canceled within 24 hours of notice of shipment, you can refuse delivery and we will pay return shipment and provide a full refund. Cancellations outside the 24 hour grace period will fall under our standard return policy.
